About the app.

Control, insights and efficiency! The Elvy purchase invoice processing app makes your life a lot easier. Whether you have to process your traditional paper invoices, a PDF or an e-invoice (UBL, XML), Elvy makes sure your purchase invoices process is digitized and easy to work with.

The Elvy Invoice Processing application is available for a fixed price of € 99,-  per month.

In addition to the fixed price for the app itself, there are some things to keep in mind;

The table states the costs for the usage based on the number of invoices send per month.

All shown prices are excluding VAT. You will receive a monthly invoice based on your transactions. The contract duration will be one year.

The contract automatically extends by one year and cancellation is possible 3 months before the end of the contract.

Pricing based on the number of invoices

1. The monthly costs for an extra bookkeeper costs you € 19,-.
2. Before the Elvy app can be used, there is an implementation time of ca. 2 to 4 days.
